US domestic orders: 3–5 business days via USPS First Class or Ground Advantage. Orders ship within 1–2 business days of placement — not same-day.

Rush processing: Not currently available at checkout. If you need something fast, reach out before ordering and we'll see what we can do.

Yes — to most countries. International orders ship via USPS First-Class Package International Service and typically arrive in 10–21 business days, though that varies by destination and customs.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Some remote locations may not be available — if your country doesn't show up at checkout, reach out and we'll check manually.

Note: International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT imposed by your country. UARE3 does not collect or remit these — they're your responsibility.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items in original packaging. Clothing must not have been tried on and show signs of wear.

What we don't accept:

• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Items returned after 14 days from delivery
• Custom or personalized items

To initiate a return, email us with your order number and we'll send you instructions. Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

That shouldn't happen, but if it does — we're on it. Contact us with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we'll send a replacement at no cost to you. We'll cover return shipping for the damaged item.

Our fit is standard unisex — not slim, not oversized. If you prefer a more relaxed fit, size up one.

Yes — size exchanges are available within the 14-day return window. Email us with your order number and the size you'd like instead. We'll ship the new size once we receive the original back, or arrange a prepaid label to send it back first.

You'll only be charged for any price difference if exchanging for a different product, not just a size. Exchange shipping is covered by UARE3 for size-related exchanges.

We accept all major credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All transactions are processed securely through Stripe — we never see or store your card details.

Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, one of the most widely used payment processors in the world. Stripe handles PCI compliance and card security — your full card number is never transmitted to or stored by UARE3 servers. Transactions are encrypted end-to-end via TLS.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track it. If you don't see it within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder, then email us — we'll look it up.

Orders enter our fulfillment queue within a few hours of placement. If you need to cancel or change something, email us immediately — the sooner, the better. If the order hasn't shipped yet, we can update it or cancel and issue a refund within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Our Size Guide has a full care section, but here's the short version:

Printed T-shirts: Wash inside out in cold water, tumble dry low, iron inside out only.
Embroidered hoodies: Machine wash cold, air dry preferred, never iron over the embroidery.
Travel mugs: Hand wash only — do not microwave or put in the dishwasher.

Our blanks are sourced from reputable manufacturers with documented labor and quality standards. Screen printing and embroidery are done in the US. We choose quality over cost at every step — because the message deserves a good canvas.
